WHOOP

At WHOOP, I took on a role that was different from what I had traditionally pursued, using the opportunity to explore my interest in project management and leading the development of new technologies. Due to the nature of my NDA, I’m unable to disclose many of the technical details of my work. However, throughout my co-op, I was responsible for:

• Implementing a manufacturing process optimization initiative projected to save $90K per month in manufacturing costs

• Developing schedules and timelines for manufacturing fixture development to support testing of a new generation of products

• Spearheading Jira workflows to improve the development and execution of manufacturing test software

• Coordinating multiple PVT manufacturing runs supporting cost-down initiatives

• Leading cross-functional meetings with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and other teams to drive progress on blocked projects

• Designing a standardized manufacturing troubleshooting workflow for implementation across multiple contract manufacturers

• Conducting impact and drop reliability testing on next-generation products to support the reliability engineering team
